The Yahoo Map instructions use the "top end" of I-285. As an alternative, in case I-285 is grid-locked, you may take

Hwy 140 (aka Jimmy Carter Blvd/Holcomb Bridge Road in Gwinnett) into Roswell and pick up Hwy 120. After leaving Roswell on Hwy 120 proceed about 7.5 miles to E. Piedmont Road. Turn right and go about 3.2 miles to the intersection of Sandy Plains Road.
