Successful Summer Season
Congratulations
to all Parkview baseball players and coaches on a very successful summer
season. The Varsity had 32 wins versus only 5 losses, while the Junior
Varsity was a very impressive 35 - 3- 1 (bringing the JV players overall
record to 52 - 4 - 1 when adding in the 17 - 1 spring season). The

2007 season!
Kell Defeats Parkview in
Second Round of State Playoffs; Panthers end up 23-7
Parkview ran up
against a hot pitcher in the first game and hot bats in the second game
as Kell defeated us in the second round of the State Championship
tournament. The Panthers end a fine season with an overall record of
23-7.
The Dugout
Club wishes to thank the players and coaches for all your hard work as
Parkview Baseball maintains its position among the state's elite
programs. Also, a big thanks to the departing seniors for all you have
meant to this program.
Panthers
Defeat North Gwinnett in Round One; Host Kell High Next
Parkview swung the hot bats in the first round of the State Championship
tournament as we hit 11 homers (8 in the first game) en route to a 18-5,
8-5 sweep of the North Gwinnett Bulldogs. The series victory earns us a
date with the #2 seed from Region 6, Kell High, on Wednesday, May 17, at
Parkview. If the teams split the Wednesday doubleheader, the deciding
game will be played the next day.
Parkview Wins
6th Straight Region Championship
Parkview has won the Region 8-AAAAA baseball championship for the sixth
consecutive year! Congratulations to Coach Brown and all the coaches and
players for the continuation of this remarkable run. Winning the region
means we will host the first round and second rounds of the State
Playoffs!
